Video Creation at H'ability
Combining video editing and VR development
As part of my work at H'ability, I had the opportunity to hone my video editing skills. I had already done some editing in the past, notably for Nightmare. This time, I had to showcase a person playing a VR experience, embedded in the virtual environment.
To achieve this, I had to combine my skills as a developer and video editor by adding a camera in the scene that filmed from a top-down perspective.
Afterwards, I embedded the person into the scene using After Effects. It was my first time using After Effects, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it integrated with Adobe Premiere.
