Sweat Steam and Struggle

Game created in a team of 6 during a semester

For the final project of my IUT, we were given the freedom to choose our topic, so we decided to create a PVP platformer game inspired by "Towerfall". The game featured five different characters, was fully playable by up to four players, and was entirely completed.

We were supervised by a developer from Amplitude Studios, which was very interesting because it gave us insight into the work environment of the video game industry, including deadlines and task prioritization.

This was our first time using the Unity Engine. All the assets were created by our artist, and I was responsible for creating the animations. This project gave me a solid foundation in C# and Unity.
